At present, there are 10 employees in the engineering department, and 9 people have obtained the welder / electrician certificate, one of whom has obtained the intermediate welder certificate. Although it has not received the training task at present, if there is a demand, it can also provide a skill training base for the park and surrounding enterprises if there is a demand. It will also connect with the park in time and report the demand.

At present, the company has established internship bases with Jishou University, Hunan University of Arts and Sciences, Qilu University of Technology, Hezhou University, and Guangdong Songshan Vocational and Technical College. Every year, about 50 interns come to craftsmanship for internship, and 3 people stay through the internship.
